General technical description
Our USB-REL64-3A modules are with PCN series print relays equipped that can switch loads of up to 3A or 90W. Our relays are also closed thanks to the Multi Connection System 100 percent mismating protected. The plug connection is coded by cutting off the coding lugs.
Since we are using the USB-REL64-3A module designed for industrial use for control and regulation it meets the EMC and RoHS standards. There are also built-in relay cards on the USB relay card control LEDs, which allow quick reading of activity at any time. The sturdy aluminum housing offers recesses for mounting on a wall or for mounting on a top-hat rail.
Easily combine several USB-REL64-3A modules
Would you like to combine several USB relay cards or USB optomodules in your application? Our Yamutec® modules make your work easier. You can use any USB card via the On-board coding switch assign an internal identification number. This means that up to 7 modules can be used in one system.

Timeout function – Protects your load system in the event of a control PC failure
We have in ours USB relay cards a timeout function integrated. This is an output protection that automatically opens the relays of the Yamutec® USB-REL64-3A module if communication with the control PC is lost. This can happen, for example, in the event of a software error or a system crash. For more flexibility, you can decide for yourself after which period Timeout function should grab. Set your desired timeout period in 100 millisecond increments.
