General technical description
Our SER 64-way relay modules are with 32 PCB relays from the PCN series equipped that can switch loads of up to 3A or 90W. Smaller loads of up to 10 watts can be switched with 32 additional print relays. The multi-connection system used ensures our relays 100 percent before mismating. To code the connectors, simply cut off the coding lugs.

We have the SER 64-way relay module 10W & 3A designed for efficient use in control and regulation. The module can be used to switch heavy and less heavy load circuits, making it the ideal alternative to control using two separate relay cards. The modules meet the EMC and RoHS standards. There are also built-in relay modules on the SER control LEDs, which allow a quick reading of the activity at any time. The housing is made of sturdy aluminum and offers cut-outs for mounting on a wall or on a DIN rail.

SER relay and input cards with Plug and Play technology
Thanks to the serial interface, SER-REL64 modules do not require any driver installation. Just plug it in and you're good to go. In addition, the communication is more reliable and up to 115200 bit/s fast. Timeout function – Protects your load system in the event of a control PC failure
We have in ours SER relay cards integrated timeout function. This is an output protection that automatically opens the relays of the Yamutec® SER 64-way relay 10W & 3A if communication with the control PC is lost. This can happen, for example, in the event of a software error or a system crash. For more flexibility, you can specify the period after which the Timeout function should grab. Set your desired timeout period in 100 millisecond increments.

Controlling in text mode via HyperTerminal

The SER-REL64 module can be controlled very easily with terminal software.
