USB-REL64-3A module

General technical description
Our USB-REL64-3A modules are equipped with PCN series printed relays that can switch loads of up to 3A or 90W. Thanks to the Multi Connection System, our relays are also 100 percent protected against incorrect connection. The plug connection is coded by cutting off the coding lugs.

Since we designed the USB-REL64-3A module for industrial control and regulation applications, it complies with EMC and RoHS standards. The USB relay module also features integrated LEDs for quick and easy monitoring of its activity. The robust aluminum housing includes cutouts for wall mounting or DIN rail installation.

USB relay module with Plug and Play technology
Thanks to the Human Interface Device (HID) process, our USB modules do not require any driver installation. Simply plug it in and you're ready to go. In addition, communication is more reliable and faster compared to standard modules. The plug and play technology of our Yamutec® USB-REL64-3A modules saves you time as there is no need for time-consuming driver installation.

More possibilities with Logic technology
The USB-REL64-3A is optionally available with integrated logic technology. This allows logical operations, switching functions, and simple sequences to be executed directly within the module. The integration of multiple USB modules in a common system
Do you want to combine multiple USB relay modules or USB optocoupler modules in your application? Our Yamutec® modules make this easier. You can assign an internal identification number to each USB card via the on-board coding switch. This allows you to use up to 7 modules in one system.

Timeout function
We have integrated a timeout function into our USB relay modules. This is a protection feature at the output that automatically opens the relays of the Yamutec® USB-REL64-3A module if communication with the control PC is interrupted. This can occur, for example, due to a software error or a system crash. For greater flexibility, you can define the timeout period yourself. Set your desired timeout duration in 100-millisecond increments.

Software implementation
The USB-REL64 modules from Yamutec® enable seamless integration into various widely used programming languages through the included YMLib.dll file. This DLL file opens up a variety of possibilities and makes programming much easier.
