Our Yamutec® USB modules are designed for reliable control, switching and data acquisition tasks in industrial, test bench and laboratory applications.

Depending on the model, relay outputs, galvanically isolated optocoupler inputs, or combined hybrid solutions are available. The modules are connected directly via USB and are thanks to USB HID Ready to use immediately without additional driver installation.

Many USB modules also optionally come with integrated Yamutec® Logic available and can therefore execute switching, logic and sequence controls directly in the module.

Our Yamutec® USB modules can be easily integrated into existing applications and are suitable for control, monitoring and automation tasks.

For software development, the following is available to you: YMLib API available. This allows the USB modules to be used with, among other things, VB6, VB.NET, C#, .NET 6, Python and LabVIEW can be individually integrated into your own applications.

With Yamutec® Logic It goes one step further: The control logic is graphically represented in Yamutec® Studio 2027 created, transferred directly to the module and then executed autonomously.

This means that a permanent connection to a control PC is not required for program execution.

Plug & Play & flexible integration

Thanks to USB HID Our USB modules require no additional driver installation. Simply plug them in and use them immediately.

Multiple modules can be operated simultaneously on one system. About the On-board coding switch Each module can be assigned a unique internal identifier.

Safe operation with timeout

The integrated Timeout function monitors the communication between the control PC and the module.

In the event of a communication or software error, a defined switching state can be automatically established. The timeout can be set. Configure individually and thus increases operational reliability.

Galvanic isolation & protection

The optocoupler inputs ensure a galvanic isolation between input signals and control electronics.

This provides better protection for the system against interference, potential differences and unwanted voltage influences – ideal for reliable use in industrial applications.
